Here is the new cover of Belle Magazine featuring model Dominique Sotelo.

Together with Laura Doth of Grindstone Graphics we produced stock images for use by the New Mexico Wine Growers Association. The concept was to feature bottles of wine with generic NM wine labels in a setting that incorporates the flavor of New Mexico. Now all of the associate New Mexican wine growers have beautiful images to use at their disposal for promotion and marketing. I love doing table top studio photography, and one of the benefits of this shoot was the wonderful wine I had to drink following the shoot.

To be featured in the next issue of Belle magazine, this table top by Imagine Events was photographed at the El Paso Zoo.

For the rich blue background the cover photo shoot took place poolside at the Colinas del Sol mega-apartment complex in El Paso. The model is Chantal Blancarte.

Upon the urgings of a friend I took the $150 1.5 hour long Adobe Certified Expert Exam for Photoshop yesterday. Being that I not only live in the world of Adobe Photoshop - as I work with it daily as a professional photographer, but also that I teach both Intro to Photoshop and Advanced Photoshop I thought I would have a good chance of success without studying or preparing - just like the old days of college.  Well with success, I am now an A.C.E., an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop!

Model Dominique Sotelo will be featured on the cover of Belle Magazine for June.  For the next edition Alex Rodriguez, the designer of Soleil Media chose green.  We did the cover shoot at the Butterfield Golf Course in El Paso, Texas.  It is always nice to get out of the photo studio and photograph on location.

The new edition of Belle Magazine is out. Its been out for a while - it always just takes me a while to update my blog.  On the cover is model Beatriz Enriquez. A beautiful woman who is a pleasure to photograph.

Photographed at Butterfield Trail Golf Course, the table setup was designed by Soiree Weddings & Events.  The shoot was for the next edition of Belle Magazine.

Another shoot for Firestone Building Products.  I'm glad it is still Spring.  Spending a day in the El Paso Summer heat on top of a warehouse roof is unbearable.  These roofers earn their pay.

Working with silks is a blend of modern dance and acrobatics with a dash of circus.  This image was part of a series photographed for my performer friend Lauren.

This weekend I drove out to Las Vegas, Nevada for a friends bachelor party.  Here is the time lapse video of the 12 hour drive compressed to a minute and a half.

Recently I finished up a shoot with some great people over at Helen of Troy.  We were working to produce marketing images and video for Helen of Troy's Pro Beauty Tools.  The results can be found on their website www.probeautyhair.com.  Professional Hairstylist Gabriela Castaneda served as the model.
